It will idle at about 450 rpm in neutral. I can ram it up to 2000+ rpm and it keep it running but I can't slowly get it up there whether in neutral or in gear. I've changed the fuel filter, blew out the fuel lines, sea foamed the carburetor. It runs great once it's going but it's hammer down or stall. via
